General Description:

It is a device used for environments where required hygiene by operating in combination with HEPA H14 filter, Ultraviolet Lamb (UV 254 nm) , pre-EUM carbon filter and negative ion generator which sterilizes the environment air and by performing positive and negative pressure.

Device destroys the viruses, fungals, moldiness and spores in the air. In the same time it cleans the air from the particals and provides a sterilized atmosphere.
Optionaly, it provides climate, heating-cooling and necessary humidity.

Applications:

Air sterilization device is used in every place where sterilization and hygen is required, especially in operation rooms, intensive care units, reanimation units, newborn units, laboratories, all hospital units, clinics and consulting rooms. Device is produced for the crowded environments where there is a contamination risk and for all kind of environments where unwanted harmful materials, particals, gas and micro-organisms .
In addition to this it removes the contamination risks of patogens which makes diseases in schools, military dorms,waiting rooms etc.

Technical Specifications:

Device has effective and specific space-saving design so that it can be set up by the walls, corners or ceiling without needing big places and any conditions. Depending on the models, with min 2500 m3/h air flow rate it sterilizes 40-60m2 and bigger areas (h3m) .
Uvion asepticizer device frame(chassis) specifically manufactured with steel for not to be oxidized because of negative ions. . In the device there are; made of Titanium diokside, AgI, CuS covered boroslikate tube ion generator and HEPA plenium system, carbon casette filter , EU filters, UV light sources.
The Ethylene based gas and particals in this system;
gases will be decomposited (-OH hydroxil extensions) and micro-organisms will be destroyed by catalytic inverter and particals will be destroyed by negative (-) ions. It constitutes photocatalytic reaction and deactivate the pathogens and gases which are spread out with air.

UVION ASEPTICIZER
Clean air connection can be done to the device by using a hermetic chimney from an outside environment. If this feature is used, 20Pa positive pressure will be provided in the closed environment that the device used.

Device has a sterilization and negative ion generator which operates stand-alone as a system . The most important feature of the device is that it retracts the patogens and harmful gases and by performing a photocatalytic reaction in its reactor makes the environment hygenic.
It also recharges the particals in the environment with negative ions so that they can be catched by metal electrostatic filters.
It makes the environment hygenic by the ultraviolet (UV) light and bio-active hydroxil radicals mixture and destroys the bacterium, virus, fungus, spore and ethylene agents .
Especially, it annihilates corrosive Etylene gases (C2H4) spread to the environment. UV 254 nm light effect destroys the micro-organisms. A second light source (400-700nm) in this air sterilization unit ionizes unwanted radicals and helps to increase the catalytic effect. With H14 HEPA filter and plenium module particals bigger than 0.3 micrometers are kept with %99.9995 persentage. In plenium module there are G4,Eu4 and EU9 filters.

   How can we make air sterilization with Ionizator?
Negative Ions generated by Xreton-P Uvion asepticizer are ions that are acquired an extra electron. Normal molecules and atoms returns into negative ions when acquires an extra electron. Negative ions produced by our device are performed by oxygen atoms.
Same phenomena is realized in the nature continuously. Ions in the nature    are performed by sun light, radiation and air behavior.
Negative ion molecules with an extra electron has a positive effect to the environment. They neutralize the bad odour in the environment and helps to perform clean air. Several researchs proved the biological effects of the negative ions
The total negative and positive ions has a constant value in an environment. If there are as much as negative ions in the environment there will be less contamination and less particals in the air.
Negative ions are odorless oxygen atoms with extra electrons. For example, Ozon is a molecule with 3 oxygen.
To produce a negative ion you need high voltage and UVC light. Oxygen atoms will gain extra electron and return to a negative ion under these conditions.
Negative ions decreases the number of particals (dust and pollens) in the air. However, it is not so effective like ozone in removing odour. Secured number of ozone removes the odour but not decreases the particals in the air.
Ozone gas has a short lifetime.It is unstable and very active and when gets into relation with other gases and odour in environment it returns them into water wapour and innocuous carbon dioxide .

Ozone Gas constitution : When a high voltage or high energy UVC is applied to Oxygen, oxygen will be seperated into atoms. The seperated oxygen atom will conbine with a free O2 atom and return to O3.
Uvion Asepticizer, using high voltage, Titanium dioxyde, AgI, borosilicate tube coated with copper suphate (CuS) and under UVC by producing negative oxygen and ozone gas,   removes odour and contamination in the environment and distroys the microorganisms, bacterium, virus, fungus, spore and ethylene agents.
With its HEPA filters, it holds the particals bigger than 0.3 micrometers at a rate of %99.9995 .
It's EU and carbon filters pro-longs the lifetime of HEPA filters and holds rough particals.
With its air direction bearings and velocity controls environment will be positive or negative pressure.
Unit, at %10-30 rate takes clean air from outside and with some processes it flows as a steriled air to environment. With this feature, environments (such as operation rooms) becomes a decontamination area.

Device can be settled to corners so that it performs an optimum usage area .

Electrical Specifications:

Device operates with 220V, 50Hz. and resistive for %10 voltage differences. In each sterilazation turn, 1200W – 2500W energy is used.

Standards

All the mechanical parts used in device are in TSE and ISO standards. They are suitable for DIN norms.
