General Description: |
It is an active, fast and dry system sterilization device that sterilises every medical device, metal or plastic, organic, electromechanic and surgery tools which are sensitive to heat and humidity. It can also re-sterilises the disposable materials. It operates with 100% Ethylene Oxide(ETO) gas cartridge or Ethylene Oxide(ETO) gas cylinder tube.Gas ratios are; 10% ETO, 90% CO2 or it can be used with the ratios 25% - 75%. It performs an economical sterilization.

Since it works with dry cool vapour, it can easily sterilises electromechanic tools. Device can be used for every plastic or metal, organic, medical, surgery tools and disposable materials.

| Technical Specifications: |
It is formed from a complete cabinet. Both sterilization and air shower( with 1 bar air flow) is done in the same cabinet. Air shower is done manually or automatically. After sterilization , the sterilized material can be used immediately.
For air shower no air will be taken from outside the cabinet. Device provides its own air itself in the cabinet. You can make the air shower in any amount manually or automatically depending on the requirements.
It has normal and economic programme modes. In these programmes there are 2 constant (350 C – 650C), 1 prerssure, heat, time change programmes and vacuum leakage test programmes. There is no need for constant heat value for operating time (In values 370C – 550C , it operates with respect to constant or changing pressure, time and humidity diagram). Device have capacity to sterilize whole cycles in 2.5 hours. In economic operating mode system automatically sense the pressure, gas, humidity, air washer values and finishes the sterilization without needing any intervention.
It has a feature to use manually if there is a leakage or trouble. There isn't any keypad in system and control is done with touch screen on the panel. Function specifications can be monitored digitally. It has 100 memory programme and set-up (callibration) feature on it. The process termination and sterilization phases can be followed from operator panel with graphically or with sound. There is also a graphic printer on it.
NEUTRALIZATION:
Neutralization is to increase the sterilization reliability and toxic contaminant (waste) rehabilitation research and development works. It is important for preventing environmental pollution, increasing personnel job security and evaluate (recycle) the waste.
Ethylene Oxide is resoluble in water. With neutralized solution (H2O+H2SO4+b(+) + (HCL vapour)) will return into ethanediol(antifreeze solution). The gas discard is only CO2. Neutralization unit in device resolve ethylene oxide completely (%99,9). Non toxic gas is given to drainage or exhaust . After the sterilization, ethylene oxide gas discharge will be done with the help of neutralization system as a clean prufied gas.

Physical Specifications:

To humidify cold dry vapour vacuum technic is used without needing the city water. There is no need for drainage. Inside the packing of the materials and on the materials there won't be any water concentration or ethanediol stain .
There is an leakage gas sensor embedded to electronic system of the device and alerts when there is a leakage.
The depth of the chamber is 1350 mm.
Outer dimensions (wxdxh) : 690 x 1650 x 1750 mm's.
Inner dimensions : standard device volume is 125 lt.
All sterilization chamber and the doors are made of 316L stainless steel.
Doors and seals are untileakage type and resistant to ethylene oxide. Chamber is isolated with ıso-polymer strongly. Chamber is durable to 5.5 atu pressure. Sterilization won't starts before closing the door. Lock system is one way and works with electricity. The door cannot be opened before the sterilization ends. Since vacuum pomp can sucks -0.7 bar, it works without water. For security, device has a hermetic aspirator whichcan be connected to funnel. System is heated with film heaters, it is dry and no need to be cared.

Industrial ethylene oxide sterilization device is composed of chamber, door, vacuum system, heating and cycling system, ethylene oxide gas cylinder tube, ethylene oxide gas heating and regulating system, neutralization and exhaust system, humidity system, electronic sensor control and PC communication system, heat, pressure and humidity sensors, relay card , humidity, heat and neutralization level control system, alarm warning system, control PC, printer and control software.
Operating temperature, depending on time and pressure, can take values 370C – 550C. Device automatically makes the sterilization phases.

Physical Specifications:

Operating basis is pre-vacuum, pre-heating, moistening (humidify), vacuum, sterilization, last vacuum and air washing. They all work automatically.
Waste gas pases through water (neutralization= ethylene oxide gas desolves in water and its returns to anti-toxicant) and drain off /exhaust to atmosphere through a pipe/funnel without toxicant effect. For security, there is an aspirator which is connected to funnel.
Chamber heating is done by circulation of hot water through pipes around the device.
Door seals are resitant to heat and ethylene oxide gas. It has a specific design for anti-leakage. Outside the device is made of 304 steel plates. Sterilization part is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. All the steel materials has 3.1.B certificate.
